This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how ELBACH Digital FZ-LLC, a Free Zone company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), TRN 105264259000001, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("ElBach Digital", "we", "us"), handles personal data collected through this platform and the partner portals we operate. Client and couple details you provide at intake: names, email, phone/WhatsApp, nationality, country of residence, wedding date and venue, guest counts, design preferences, uploaded files, and the content you want on your website.

Guest information you upload for RSVP management (such as guest names and contact details), which we process solely to deliver the agreed celebration workflow on your behalf.

Partner and applicant details for businesses applying to or working with us: company details, contact person, email, phone, trade licence, and payout information.

Technical data automatically recorded for security and delivery: IP address, browser and device information, and timestamps of key actions (such as quotation approval and contract signature).

To prepare, quote, deliver, and support your digital invitation and RSVP project; to issue quotations, invoices, and receipts; to process payments; to communicate with you; and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. Anthropic-style AI features (voice and text concierge) process the details you enter only to help complete your intake.

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Supabase (secure database and file storage), Stripe (payment processing and payouts — we never store complete card numbers), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our instructions and under its own security commitments.

Where you were introduced by a partner, the partner receives the notifications and records relating to the clients they referred, so they can support your celebration. Partners only ever see their own referred clients.

Our providers may process data in regions outside your country. We retain personal data for as long as needed to deliver your project and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your data subject to those obligations.

Subject to applicable UAE and international data protection law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email contact@elbachdigital.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We use a small number of first-party cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site secure and remember your session and your cookie choice (for example, an admin session cookie and the consent cookie set when you choose “Accept all” or “Necessary only”). These are required for the site to function.

If we later add analytics or preference cookies, they will only be set after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, and never for essential functions. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this site, which will show the banner again.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, rate limiting, and scoped permissions so each partner and client can only reach their own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly to any issue.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date and version below indicate the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.
