Who can apply to become an ElBach Digital partner?
Wedding planners, marriage courts and registries, venues, hotels, marriage consultants, event studios, photographers and other established celebration professionals may apply. Every application is reviewed individually so the service model fits both your clients and your market.
What happens after I submit the application?
Our team reviews your company, location, client volume, preferred languages and service needs. If the fit is approved, you receive a private commercial quotation. Nothing is activated and no agreement begins merely because an application was submitted.
How do quotation approval and e-signature work?
The approved contact receives a private quotation describing the proposed service scope and next steps. After accepting it, the authorised representative reviews and electronically signs the partner agreement. The system records the consent version and audit details, and no partner access is activated before both steps are complete.
When do I receive my partner access code?
Your unique access code and branded client link are issued after the quotation is accepted and the agreement is signed. You can share that code with couples so every enquiry enters the correct private portal and remains attributed to your organisation.
What experience do my clients receive?
Clients can speak or type their story, select a package and demo, provide wedding and RSVP requirements, upload documents, review completeness and submit securely. They then receive a reference for their private client dashboard and follow-up documents.
Whose branding appears on the client portal?
Approved partner portals show the partner identity together with ElBach Digital as the technology and delivery provider. Direct ElBach Digital clients use a separate ElBach-only experience. Exact co-branding and attribution are confirmed in the quotation and agreement.
What can I monitor from the partner dashboard?
Depending on the approved package, the dashboard can show client submissions, project status, quotations, invoices, guest and RSVP progress, uploaded files, important dates, approvals and document history. Access is limited to authorised partner users.
Can the client experience support different languages and cultures?
Yes. Partners can select listed languages and add any other language or dialect during onboarding. Cultural wording, event types, invitation etiquette and family structures can be tailored during production. English, Arabic and Urdu are the core authored intake interfaces, with additional invitation languages arranged as part of the service scope.
What happens during partner onboarding?
Once the private quotation and agreement are completed, the approved contact receives a secure dashboard login, a unique client access code and a branded portal link. The onboarding message also explains how to introduce couples, monitor active requests and contact the ElBach Digital delivery team.
How are client approvals and documents handled?
Clients review their scope and documents through a private portal. Required approvals, invoices, receipts and project updates are linked to the correct client record, giving authorised users a clear operational trail without exposing confidential partner information publicly.
How are country-specific laws handled?
The workflow records the partner country and applies the selected agreement profile, including the relevant electronic-transactions and privacy references where configured. UAE, Kuwait and Lebanon profiles are supported, with an international fallback. Local mandatory law still applies, and regulated organisations should obtain their own legal review.
Are applications and client details confidential?
Yes. Partner applications are reviewed privately, access codes are not publicly listed, and client information is restricted to authorised operational use. The platform includes privacy, retention, incident, AI-assistance and communication procedures. Approved partners also receive direct support for onboarding and live projects.
