What does ElBach Digital create for our celebration?

We create a private digital invitation and RSVP experience shaped around your names, event style, languages and guest journey. Depending on the package, it can include a cinematic entrance, countdown, maps, galleries, multiple events, private links, QR invitations, guest categories and a live RSVP dashboard.

Can we speak instead of completing every field ourselves?

Yes. The AI concierge can listen to your story, capture the important details and identify what is still missing. You can switch between voice, chat and the guided form at any point, then review everything before submitting.

Which languages and cultural styles can we request?

English, Arabic and Urdu are the core authored intake interfaces. Your invitation can also be scoped for other languages or dialects, and you can specify cultural wording, family etiquette, event traditions and the visual balance between Middle Eastern and European styles.

What details and documents should we prepare?

Helpful information includes both names and spellings, event dates and times, venues and map links, estimated guest numbers, RSVP rules, preferred languages, photographs, music, dress guidance, accommodation notes and any guest-list files. The completeness guide shows what is still needed.

Can we view demos and choose a package before committing?

Yes. You can inspect the live demo URL for each tier, compare included features and select the package that best fits your event. After your request is reviewed, you receive a tailored quotation. Payment is requested only through the approved invoice and secure payment link after acceptance.

Can we update our details after submitting?

You can review and update eligible details from the client portal until 30 days before the wedding. Inside the final 30-day period, the project is locked for production stability. Urgent corrections must be requested from the team and may depend on delivery status and technical feasibility.

How are our information and guest details protected?

Submissions use private references and authorised access. Guest lists and documents are used only for the agreed invitation, RSVP and operational services, with access restricted to authorised people. Private invitation links and personal QR access are available in the appropriate packages.

What happens after we submit the intake?

You receive a unique reference and access to your client portal. The team reviews completeness, confirms scope and prepares the quotation. After approval, e-signature and payment, production begins according to the selected package timeline, with progress and documents available through the portal.
